No-Hassle Returns
At Tundra Tools, we stand behind the quality of our products. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of receipt.
To qualify for a return:
- Products must be new, unused, and include all original packaging
- Returns can be refunded to your original payment method
Return Shipping & Restocking Fees
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is verified to be defective.
- If your order originally shipped with free freight, we may deduct the original shipping cost from your refund.
You may return your order using any carrier of your choice. We strongly recommend selecting a method that includes tracking and insurance, as you are responsible for the return shipment until it arrives at Tundra Tools.
Returns After 30 Days
Returns are not accepted after 30 days unless the item has a manufacturing defect.
Manufacturer defects are covered for the lifetime of Tundra Tools.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrived damaged or you believe it is defective, please include the following in your RMA request:
- A detailed description of the issue
- Clear photos show:
- The product
- The damage
- The packaging
Providing this information helps us quickly verify the problem and resolve it.
